About the author:
Jan Willem Jansen (1947) began his career working for the Dutch Ministry of Ecology at the Vrije Universiteit's biology laboratory in Amsterdam. However, he became dissatisfied with the theoretical nature and limited practical relevance of that work and switched in 1980 to natural medicine. After qualifying from the Hippocrates Academy of Natural Medicine in Bloemendaal, he became an impassioned homoeopath. In the months leading up to the birth of his daughter, he realized that homoeopathy needed a good manual of obstetrics and his resulting study of the wide range of literature on the subject had given birth to this Repertory.
